The Vectored Approach is built and run by professional pilots. Every mentor on this page is, or has been, active in the cockpit across airline, medevac, corporate, cargo, bush flying, and flight instruction roles.
OpeOluwa created The Vectored Approach after building an airline career through flight training, instruction, and mentorship. His work is focused on lowering barriers to aviation and helping new pilots make better early decisions.
Mergim began in aviation through Air Cadets and flight training in Nova Scotia, then built his career through instructing, flight training leadership, King Air operations, and airline flying. He continues to instruct and mentor pilots.
Rebecca has built a varied aviation career across flight training, Aviation English, international student preparation, and medevac flying in Nova Scotia. Her ESL aviation experience makes her a valuable guide for students and instructors.
Patrick built his aviation career through persistence, training in Uganda and Canada, years of instruction, medevac work, surveillance flying, and airline operations. He is known for motivating young pilots and emphasizing safety, discipline, and professionalism.
